The memed episode is actually the other time loop one, the one with double Picard is earlier and they are stuck in the “maw” of some sort of entity that wants to consume the enterprise.
The time loop one is when the episode starts over and over with playing poker and eventually leading to a collision with an old federation ship stuck in an anomaly. They keep colliding and exploding, resetting each time until they program data retroactively with the number 3 and he eventually figures out they need a different method of collision avoidance.
