Gonna revoke the “No earbuds” policy for my own sanity. I only ever had in 1 to begin with.
Boss: [leaves the conference room to take a personal call, stands directly outside my cube while not using an inside voice]
Me: [gets up to go somewhere because of the distraction]
Boss: Where are you going? This isn’t break time
Start farting
Stop it! Stahhhpp!
My solution was to take a long lunch.
So you’re saying you went to Quark’s, had a synthehol, and waited for the whole thing to blow over?
It’s either that or use his office instead.
He’s a hoarder and doesn’t have software access. Otherwise I would.
“I’m sorry I can’t focus with someone talking next to. I am going for a walk. Please call me when your done.”
Can it be one of “those” walks, like with my cousins at Thanksgiving?
