Geese are mean and scary, but that doesn’t make them deadly. Unless they get a super lucky shot on a major artery they can’t kill you. You might end up with some deep scratches but I don’t think a goose could even break anything more than your hand. If it’s a fight to the death at the end of the day you can just run at the goose and tackle it, sacrificing your face and legs and arms to some really bad scratches.
Ligma balls lol
Maybe some country will drop a nuke, or a supervolcano erupts, or america will experience a surprise land invasion and when any major event like that happens I want to be one of the first to know.
Now it never has happened and it probably won’t in my lifetime but don’t tell my brain that.
According to his latest album hes also on nitrous.
Idk, just one glimpse of the fediverse chick was enough to shatter my world.
Six more weeks of winter.
The common art keeps giving them long feathers on their arms but I would have assumed long feathers only evolved on flying birds and most of the feathers on the flightless dinosaurs would be pretty uniform.
We’re pretty sure now that they were more similar to birbs with proto feathers acting as fur. So many of them probably would be puff balls. Although it was also hotter back then.
Also lots of weeds are considered weeds because they are invasive and choke out the native/more delicate plants in the area.
In theory you just have a dozen or so bags that you can take with you every time. The knee-jerk reaction is to call it something the company does to offload responsibility, but unfortunately for us Americans this is the norm in many other places in the world and they deal with it fine.
I’ll be fucking out now
To that point, I think it’s also unnerving how natural it is. This isn’t some alien world. I could go to the Mojave and walk around for 5 minutes to find a photo identical to this. Earth is indistinguishable to one of these rocks hurtling through space, there’s just something growing on it very briefly.
I’m in the middle of reading Dracula for the first time right now and while the count part makes it seem normal for Dracula to be living in the castle, the castle is absolutely a vampire stronghold that has been in the dracula family for centuries because they are vampires.
Like I’m sure the count thing is a good excuse but it’s implied that they’ve been around and probably in the castle since before “counts” were a thing.
