That’s interesting. Was compliance difficult? I work with dieticians, and they have all mentioned difficulty with compliance. Americans and food. 🤷♂️

Out of curiosity, how did you decide to define it and why?
IDK if I have nosestache levels because I’m determined not to find out. 🤣
The increase in ear and nose hair is the only part of aging I despise, appearance wise. I don’t mind grays or wrinkles, but having hair sprouting out of my nose and ears is not only unsightly, but they can be physically bothersome as well. Fortunately, it is easily managed, but it is another thing added to my list of shit to do.

I really disliked this need that my generation had to make the most benign shit sound like it was life changing. “Met this legend!” or “It was Epic!” Please stop, none of this is true.
Oh, ok. I just assumed a human study, but mice makes more sense. It certainly sounds like an interesting study. I find nutrition to be an engaging topic, especially considering the availability of choices that many have now. Thank you for answering my questions!
