Convenience of blocking. Voyager is absolute ass in this regard.
Being able to conveniently filter out entire subreddits. (Actually I say that but I did have multiple cases where the block list just straight up stopped working.)
The echo chamber also feels way stronger here. It’s tiring. Especially the ACAB wank, which hasn’t improved with the rise of Nazi America.

I wanted to try starting over here. But, the vastly smaller user base means specific communities are harder to find, and those that do exist seem to be straggling along.
I think the most recent post in the science fiction one I found was eight days ago.
I get it, remove oneself from corporates that defend Nazis. But man is it hard to find something to keep out the bad thoughts when the alternatives are either throwing tumbleweeds or just amplifying the bad thoughts.
For some of us, like certain spans of the autistic spectrum, that really isn’t a simple ask.
Because we do worry. We do feel empathy. We can’t help but feel like we’re still being lumped in.
We are already so paranoid from a lifetime of being blamed for every little deviation that it’s just more of the same.
