How? I have had therapy and the sole thing that made me a bit ashamed was that I needed to from the therapist to the youth Psychiatry ward. At 21 years old. But they treated me, helped me and it gave me a lot of guiderails, tips etc.

What is a good source of protein for vegans? I am flexitarian just to diminish my impact. But my main source is from cottage cheese / yoghurt and the alike.
