Anxiety seems to have been the culprit for me.

I also had the same problem and went on anti-anxiety meds and am back to sleeping through the night and being able to sleep in.

It’s telling that they are going up globally and not just in the US.

Yep we let our cats graze on dry food, but they also split a can of wet food every evening.
