I’m SO glad I live in a city with a decently functioning tram system. If something like that was proposed today, there’d be thousands of people complaining about being forced out of their cars or the city losing its charm or whatever nonsense.

Oh he just draws the buildings like he imagines them on fire, I first thought he would just happen across burning banks by “random chance”

His thought process was probably “we’re gonna run away anyways, I’m gonna tell these idiots I can see their hair color lol”

So 5 leagues wasn’t even the limit for him, he could have discerned their hair color at an even greater distance.
